THE Fund Raiser went great it proved to be a very big success. Jon's race bike was brought into the pub and was completely surrounded by both the auction and raffle prizes.
The Auction raised around £500 with the Rossi signed cap fetching £50. Jon Boy was on hand to sign autographs and chat with all his fans, he also sat on his bike to have his photo taken.
It was to everyones excitement he started up the bike reving her a couple of times leaving that wonderful race track smoke and smell behind her. With the smoke still in the air DJ Emz opened up the Disco and everyone was up on the floor, we even caught Jon Boy dancing and having a great time.
Before the end of the night our compare Ian announced how much we had raised, and when he announced a hugh cheer went up echoing the £1013 cheque that was handed to Jon Boy. With that Jon made the shortest speech in history THANKYOU ALL FOR COMING, well that's Jon Boy for you. The night went without a hitch and was a great everyone was asking when's the next one, well believe us there will be another party night we will let you know when.
